Tor Browser session resumption is very slow
When I am using Tor Browser, and then close my laptop, and then re-open the laptop, say, 1 hour later, then reloading a page or opening a new page seems to take a long time (on the order of 10 seconds or more). My guess is that all the circuits from before the laptop was closed are no longer working, but Tor isn't standing up fresh circuits as soon as the computer wakes up.
