Remove OpenSSL.rand.bytes from code

It is now deprecated in favor of os.urandom():

OpenSSL.rand is deprecated - you should use os.urandom instead

This is needed if we want to upgrade the requirements.txt.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
