Clean up e.g. tor-browser-build after shipping TOPL

We should go over our pre-TOPL code we used and then clean it up and remove the parts we don't need anymore. E.g Orbot can go and there might other parts we want to rearrange while we are at it.

#30036 (moved) might be related in the sense that it deals with parts of tor-browser code that was made obsolete by moving away from a separate Orbot. But now that we have TOPL there might even be more that we can clean up.
