Include compile instructions in our tor-android-service repo
The README.md file in tor-android-service says currently

Android Service For Intalling and Running Tor. We should be a bit more verbose to help others using this new tool and getting it built outside of Tor Browser.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
