Should we add TRACE to stem's CI?
Like #30591 (moved), adding TRACE to stem's CI could help us diagnose issues. But we might need TRACE-to-file to make it work in Travis (#30675 (closed)).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
