FAQ link in about:tor leads to a slightly off page
The FAQ link in the about:tor welcome modal leads to https://support.torproject.org/#faq, which in the default Tor Browser size (on a 1080p display) is scrolled down slightly past the first question.
It might be clearer if the user is taken to https://support.torproject.org/ instead, which is only scrolled a bit higher (the top of the page), but provides a much nicer initial view.
