Missing Popup msg for translation on Transifex
When the user of non-English version (tested with Macedonian) of Tor Browser enables the Bookmarks Toolbar and clicks on "The Tor Blog" bookmark then message popup with the following content: "Changing your language setting to English will make you more difficult to identify and enhance your privacy. Do you want to request English language versions of web pages?"
This message is not available for translation on Transifex.
Also as you can see on the picture, the new tab before to receive the name of the linked content, temporally it saying: "Private Browsing" - it is not translated, because it is not available for translation.
