Clicking on NoScript button is showing JavaScript error after updating to 11.0.7

After updating to 11.0.7 I can see the following error after starting Tor Browser by clicking on the NoScript options button (interestingly this error seems to show up on the second click only)

JavaScript error: re[/gre/modules/ExtensionContent.jsm,](/gre/modules/ExtensionContent.jsm,) line 554: TypeError: Argument 1 of PrecompiledScript.executeInGlobal is not an object.

That's happening on the default security level as well and is thus not related to #23719 (moved).

It might be related, though, to comment:11:ticket:27307
