Redirect all community portal "localized" landing page links to the english landing page
Ticket #32674 (moved) has changed the "Get Involved" link on about:tor to the new community portal.
In order to be compatible with a future localized version of the community portal, the links have been localized for the different Tor Browser Language versions.
Since the community portal is not yet localized, we should add redirects from "https://community.torproject.org/" to "https://community.torproject.org/" in order for this to work correctly once the next Tor Browser is released on 7th January
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
