Add DuckDuckGo hidden service search engine to Tor Browser

I think DuckDuckGo hidden service (https://3g2upl4pq6kufc4m.onion/) should be the default search engine instead of https://duckduckgo.com/. The former search engine uses Tor unlike the latter.
