Fix issues with bad relay scanners
Our bad relay scanners have accumulated a bunch of issues. We should go over them and resolve them while taking a fresh look on duplicated functionality and making plans about restructuring functionality.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
