Disable/finish non-working parts of proposal-186 implementation
Proposal 186 has has a partial implementation (#3785 (moved)) merged as part of #3786 (moved). I should, after revising it (#4613 (moved)), go through all the parts that aren't implemented, and either finish them, or make sure their UI is disabled.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
