can we get rid of src/config/torrc.bridge.in?
We ship with a src/config/torrc.bridge.in which apparently is trying to make it easy for people to become a bridge. But when we make changes to torrc.sample.in we're not making the corresponding changes to the bridge one. Also, I don't know of anybody who uses it for anything.
So we should either clean it up to match the current sample torrc, and then plan to maintain it forever too, or drop it.
