Call user for support with OS X

A user really wants you to call and help him/her with using Tor on OS X. I have tried sending the short manual, links to videos, and explain in text what he/she should do, but we're not having any luck. See RT #2842 (moved) for more information.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
