Noscript in TBB is configured to not let the user pick 'temporarily allow'

https://blog.torproject.org/blog/new-tor-browser-bundles-18#comment-16023 reports that if you change noscript in tbb to not 'allow scripts globally', then visit e.g. cnn.com and want to run a script, your option is "Allow foo", but never "Temporarily allow foo".

It would seem Options -> Appearance -> "Temporarily Allow [...]" is not checked.

Should it be?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
