[CHROME] Make it easier for users to report bugs
Right now if you go to the HTTPS Everywhere homepage, there's no clear contact us link. If you look at the FAQ, it says "You can report [issues] to us" but it doesn't say how. Also, there's no way to report issues from the plugin itself -- it'd be really nice if, when a page didn't work, you could easily report it right from there.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
