Bridges: tunnel to dirservers fail and Requested exit points not known closing error messages
When running tor client 0.2.0.28-rc with Bridges enabled in torrc with the following modifed addtions to torrc:
TunnelDirConns 1 PreferTunneledDirConns 1 SafeLogging 0
UseBridges 1 (several bridge entries here, added from official tor list of bridges at torproject dot org) UpdateBridgesFromAuthority 1
I receive the following errors which repeat:
[warn] Making tunnel to dirserver failed. Requested exit point '($fingerprint without brackets)' is not known. Closing.
While tor works with the torrc lines above using Bridges, I'm curious if tunneling dir connections is not working with tor and bridges? When I use tor without bridge options enabled, the dirconections are tunneled, but I don't know if they are or not with bridges and this error. I noticed this error in previous versions of tor (rc's) but I haven't reported it until now, as I was unsure this was a bug and the kind people in #tor @ oftc.net IRC suggested I file a bug about this.
