Create script for autobuilding reports
When reports get written to the filesystem of a collector they need to then be published on ooni.tpo/reports/ as detailed in: https://ooni.torproject.org/docs/reports.html [1].
We should have a cronjob that every hour looks at reports that are complete and copies them over to the report directory following the structure detailed in [1].
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
