Request: support static dependencies in obfsproxy build

I would like to suggest an enhancement to obfsproxy: allow building it with static zlib and/or libevent and/or openssl libraries.

The reason for this is the same justification for statically linking dependencies in Tor: using current versions of those dependencies regardless of the system-installed versions.

(I guessed at the Obfsproxy version; I pulled it from the Git repository today.)
