Broken weblink in Tor "running as a server, this probably won't work" message

I was poking around in the Windows binary of Tor, and found the message "Tor is running as a server, but you are running %s; this probably won't work. See !https://wiki.torproject.org/TheOnionRouter/TorFAQ#ServerOS for details."

This link doesn't work (anymore) and I have not yet found a similar page that could replace this weblink.
