Wikidot: exclusion for embedded frames

From https-everywhere-rules:

To whom it may concern:

The following exclusion seems to fix https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/9335:

I'm not yet sure how it could be refined, or what other types of frames might need to be covered by such an exclusion. (Perhaps the local--html folder also needs to be excluded in *.wikidot.com? I'm not aware of any reason to do that though.)

(The reporter of that ticket prioritized it as a blocker, but it probably shouldn't be...)
