Delete jtor repo and archive jtorctl?

Hi, Lunar just pointed out that both our jtor and jtorctl repos are quite inactive. Our JTor repository is a stale copy of an active GitHub repository and should be deleted (no reason to leave stale repos around, it'll just confuse folks).

As for jtorctl do we have an attic (or want one) where we can archive inactive projects that were never released? Removing those from our gitweb listing would make it a bit more beginner friendly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
