stem's HiddenServiceOptions not updating

In stem, after unsetting any hidden services and then setting any new hidden service, get_conf_map('HiddenServiceOptions') still returns an empty list until reset_conf causes variable/argument to update (services and events work fine, just the variable/argument is a problem):
