Torbutton reset toolbar's settings

Toolbar settings and icons are always resets to defaults when Torbutton add-on is enabled. When it's disabled everything goes fine.

I have already encoutered this problem with an other add-on. It's a conflict with TabMixPlus. There is a simple way to fix it by not running initialization and try to access gBrowser until the window is loaded.
