WebExtensions tinkering

• Play with the Sauteed Onions webext reference implementation to research how it work and could be enhanced.
• Check how it queries a Sauteed Onions resolver and how it can be an alternative to the Onion-Location Header (edit: in fact it doest not query: it just detects an .onion address and checks a SCT in the certificate, see this comment).
