streamline running it for development

With the change to rdsys as backend is not easy to run bridgedb anymore and the documentation is outdated. Let' see what we can do to make it easy to run again.

I'm going to explore adding a mock rdsys server (in python) to bridgedb that provides a list of bridges in the right json format for testing.
