Direct connections to Tor from China possible

In china mainland, the tor nodes are blocked many years ago. But recently, I found I can connect to tor without using Meek bridge. What's happening? It is related to tor changes(is New technology created?) or the network environment changes in China mainland(are the Nodes released)?

If not above, what's happening?
