Unable to find IPv4
Sorry it's me again ... So everything starts fine now. The service listing on my Tor port and obfs4 service also started succesfully.
But I see the following notice in my log output:
[notice] Unable to find IPv4 address for ORPort 9001. You might want to specify IPv6Only to it or set an explicit address or set Address.
Should I ignore this message? Docker is using 0.0.0.0
anyway as the local IP address. Or is obfs4 complaining about my external IP address?

Nov 22 15:42:21.000 [notice] It looks like I need to generate and sign a new medium-term signing key, because I don't have one. To do that, I need to load (or create) the permanent master identity key. If the master identity key was not moved or encrypted with a passphrase, this will be done automatically and no further action is required. Otherwise, provide the necessary data using 'tor --keygen' to do it manually.
