Use a dedicated Docker bridge network instead of the default.

Melroy van den Berg requested to merge danger89/docker-obfs4-bridge:create_docker_network_bridge into main

By default Docker will run the Docker containers in the default Docker bridge network.

It's advice to create a user-defined Docker bridge network, allowing the service to as isolated as possible within the Docker VLAN.

Important note: Do not confuse Docker bridge network with the Tor bridge, which are two completely different things.
