Change lox package to lox-library for consistency

This was added into !11 (merged) but is a simple change that doesn't need to be part of that larger MR so I am separating it out so the more important changes are clearer in !11 (merged). The problem here is that the lox-library was still named lox in its Cargo.toml and should be consistent with its crate name.
