Release version v2.6.1

This is a merge request to release version v2.6.1. It includes changes that would be necessary to workaround pion webrtc library's dependency on funcationality restricted by android operating system.

I wasn't able to automaticly generate changelog in the same format as previous ones according to the guide(https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3523534/what-are-some-good-ways-to-manage-a-changelog-using-git). Is this one good enough, or I can write them manually as done by @cohosh ?
