Log average transfer rate

excurso requested to merge excurso/snowflake:log-avg-trans-rate into main

Add the average transfer rate for the summary interval to the summary log lines.

Example summary log entry old:

In the last 5m0s, there were 12 completed connections. Traffic Relayed ↓ 174716 KB, ↑ 9262 KB.

Example summary log entry new:

In the last 5m0s, there were 12 completed connections. Traffic Relayed ↓ 174716 KB (582.39 KB/s), ↑ 9262 KB (30.87 KB/s).
