Remove blocked Fastly domain fronts, add new fronts, and add Azure snowflake broker
- Add new domain fronts for Snowflake/Fastly (See: team#135 and https://github.com/net4people/bbs/issues/309#issuecomment-1968514057)
- Add Azure domain front and broker.
