gettor email bot not correctly recognizing platform

When sending an email to gettor using Microsoft Outlook, gettor does not appear to recognise the platform request and responds with the help text. Perhaps this is due to the bot not recognising how Outlook formats emails. For example the below is a request from Outlook configured to use plain-text.
