Getbridgesbot - feedback and discussion on old and new accounts

Hi!

Since getbridgesbot on Telegram started sharing webtunnel bridges we got positive feedback from the users, that they like how it works and are able to get working webtunnel bridges (even despite the docker issue tpo/anti-censorship/pluggable-transports/webtunnel#52)

However there is one things that would greatly improve bot performance and alleviate the workload of the community team -

Is it possible to offer some workaround for the newer Telegram accounts? We often get tickets from the users who were not able to get the webunnel bridges from the bot. Probably we can reconsider the age of the "new" account or still share some webtunnel bridges for them from another bridge pool?
