Improve telegram distributor UX

"Your bridges:" is now in bold, and a newline character is used as to make copying and pasting the bridges easier.

Additionally, a redunant "alias" of the command /bridges was added: /start

It may seem useless, but Telegram shows a large button reading "Start" when the user initiates a conversation with a bot, which currently does nothing.
