bullseye container images deprecation notice

hi,

it seems you're still using our bullseye container images in your CI. We're hoping to retire those images soon (and eventually the bookworm images too). We already have bookworm and trixie images available, would you mind testing your CI with those so we can retire old stable?

Ideally, you would use the :latest tag in your .gitlab-ci.yml file to avoid having to do any further changes like this.

actually, nevermind that, you don't use our container images for bullseye, as far as i can tell, so this doesn't apply to you.
