Set time zone to UTC. The interim Snowflake bridge (tpo/anti-censorship/pluggable-transports/snowflake#40110) was initially set to CET, which goofed up timestamps in tor logs. https://superuser.com/q/498330 shows a non-interactive way to do this, but I haven't tested it.
