There is a key difference between fresh install (where no bridge has been selected) and every other enable (where a bridge is remembered so selected)

  • uninstall, reinstall
  • confirm i can enable bridge (after picking one) and it persists
  • confirm i can then disable bridge and it persists
  • confirm i can then reenable bridge just by turning it on and it persists
