Change Description

Added functionality for tor logs to update in real time. It should auto scroll to the bottom of the page when new tor logs happen.

How Tested

1. Connect to tor
2. Open settings
3. Open "Tor Logs"
4. Notice that while you are bootstrapping, the logs page updates with new messages. (Note that you may find it hard to open tor logs before the bootstrap finishes. One way to fix this is to set a bridge as it should slow it down and make it easier to observe)
