Change Description

Reverting tor-browser#42076 (closed), as it actually does add functionality and is not fingerprintable (according to @thorin )

How Tested

Go into Settings -> Customize, and notice that you can now change the theme. The settings screen theme doesn't change, but it does change the "the colors of the tab manager, error pages, reader view, view-source: pages and the background color while connecting to websites." according to @cypherpunks1
