Change Description

Tor settings for bridges were sometimes being rejected and reverted, now they should save properly

How Tested

• enable bridges in the setttings and wait, it doesn't revert.
• set a bridge and then connect, it will work
• once set, copy the bridge lines from the dialog (user provided) and then unset bridge, then set a user provided one with the string copied from the previous builtin setup and make sure it persists
