Change Description

As discussed in the "Browser Release Meeting" on April 16 2024, Native Android UI should now be the default.

Changed default settings values to have "Native Android UI" be the default for fresh installs and reordered "Enable beta connection features" options, putting "Native Android UI" at the top.

How Tested

Fresh installs should default to "Native Android UI". Should still currently be able to switch back to the old way, or switch to "HTML UI".
