Change Description

Added a Floating Action Button to copy all tor logs to clipboard

How Tested

Go to the Tor Logs page in settings and press the new button in the bottom right of the page and verify that it copies all logs to the clipboard. On API <= 32 it should also make a short toast saying "Copied to clipboard" and on API > 33 it should display the native clipboard popup (shown above and talked about here https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/touch-and-input/copy-paste#duplicate-notifications)
