Change Description

Draft because I'm still testing it and haven't verified it yet. This should cover atleast one case of getting stuck on the splash screen, specifically the new splash screen that happens after the default android splash screen (done by the OS).

How Tested

1. Bootstrap normally
2. Background the app overnight (unsure how much time is needed, was able to reproduce with 2/3 of my devices with having it sit approx 12 hours
3. Re-open the app and have it work like normal
