Ruleset breaks BBC iplayer radio

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b03xclt2 doesn't work unless I disable the BBC (partial) rule.
Iplayer uses flash and is geo restricted to the UK.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
