Enables Prettier for (these don't need to be excluded): - extensions/pref/autoconfig/test/unit/autoconfig.js - services/sync/tests/unit/prefs_test_prefs_store.js Removes duplications where the files are already ignored in the .eslintignore section. Re-organises the structure of the remaining parts to make it clearer why they are being excluded. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D176636

This patch has no observable changes, other than printing deprecation messages when browser_style is effectively true in MV3. This patch does include the full logic for all stages of the deprecation process behind prefs, which will follow the schedule described at: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1827910#c1. All combinations of these prefs are fully covered by unit tests in toolkit/components/extensions/test/xpcshell/test_ext_browser_style_deprecation.js The next test tasks confirm the behavior of the current patch: - browser_style_never_deprecated_in_MV2 - supported_with_browser_style_false - supported_with_browser_style_true - supported_with_mv2_defaults Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D176811

Bug 1828643 - Make sure LOAD_TRR_DISABLED_MODE gets passed through defaultLoadFlags when browsing context is replaced r=necko-reviewers,kershaw When the user clicks continue this time in the DoH fallback warning page we want to set the defaultLoadFlags to LOAD_TRR_DISABLED_MODE so all of the pages & subresources in the tab will not use TRR from that point forward. Setting it directly on docshell.defaultLoadFlags seems to not have the correct behaviour when the page is using the Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy header, as that causes the DocumentChannel to do a cross process redirect and recreate the browsing context. Setting the defaultLoadFlags on the browsingContext directly and adding the field to `CanonicalBrowsingContext::ReplacedBy` seems to lead to the expected behaviour.
