Figure out what to do for the uninstaller on Windows

Since we now have an installer #80 (closed), we should decide what happens when a user uninstalls Mullvad Browser.

Ideally we would want by default to remove everything, and:

• an option to preserve it
• if not possible, explain how to delete their profile

Note: there's an open issue #275 for having the profile located in a single place
