Change Description

Created the first alpha of Mullvad Browser 12.5.

The rebase was not 100% trivial, see also my comment in the issue.

Range diff in the MB commits looks cleanish, but range-diff in the rest is quite hard to read. I haven't squashed any commits to make it easier to run range-diff.

Diff of diffs from FIREFOX_102_10_0esr_BUILD1 isn't clean, either, but the differences make sense. It's either stuff that has been fixed in 12.5 but not in 12.0 "upstream" (i.e., in tor-browser.git), or stuff we missed.

Public suffix is maybe the only thing we might discuss.
