Bug 40062: Copy input_files directories recursively

Closes #40062 (closed) I think it's useful to test a full rebuild with this patch, to make sure it's not breaking anything. I've started one on tb-build-03 and will remove draft status when it's finished.

Good idea to do a full build.

I'm very excited for this, it'll make Android builds a little bit faster .

The full build finished without error.

Should we wait until after 13.0 to merge, or do it now?

I think we can merge it immediately and update main, as 13.0 is already on maint-13.0.

However, I think the build stopped because of my error with the manual domain name. So, we could theoretically merge it already also to 13.0 if we wanted to.

Also, I expect this not to change the reproducibility.

Ok, I merged and updated rbm in main. I think we can backport to maint-13.0 after testing in nightly. Or maybe if we need an other 13.0 build.

Yes, it should not change reproducibility. Unless we want to add it to the changelog.
